It’s a block!
So you might wonder what the big deal is with these yoga EVA foam blocks. I mean, they’re latex-free and non-slip, but what do you even use them for?So. Blocks like these are versatile props that can be used to enhance flexibility, improve alignment, modify poses, and add challenge to a yoga practice.
