Great Compression Shirt
I recently picked up a few of these long-sleeve compression workout shirts, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my gym rotation. The comfort and breathability are impressive the material is lightweight, keeps air flowing, and never feels overly hot during workouts.For reference, I’m 5’10” and 220 pounds, and I ordered an XL. The fit is pretty snug, which is what you want in a compression shirt, but it’s definitely on the tighter side. Because of that, I mainly use these as under shirts. If I didn’t, they would really show my belly more than I’d prefer. As a base layer, though, they’re perfect they stay in place, add support, and feel great under a workout tee.Overall, super comfortable, breathable, and great quality. Just keep in mind that the fit is very form-fitting, so using them as an under layer works best for me.

Durable and breathable, just know they run short
The material on these feels premium—smooth, breathable, and the 4-way stretch is excellent for training. I’ve washed them a few times and they hold their shape perfectly, so they are definitely well made. Function well as a compression shirt or undershirt to help wick away moisture.Two things to note on the fit: First, they fit a little snug, hugging the skin tightly as intended for muscle support. Second, the vertical length is standard, meaning they are not big and tall length fit. If you are average height, they are perfect, but tall guys might find them a bit short. Not really made to keep you warm, but the long sleeves are helpful and overall these are a great value for the money.
