Handy water jug
I’ve been using these water jugs to fill my evaporative cooler, and they work great! The spouts are big enough to fit a hose or faucet, which for me, is super handy. The plastic screw on caps seal tightly, and so far no leaks at all! I also am a fan of the shape of the handle – fits around my fingers instead of digging into my hand. I also like the way they fold up flat. The one thing I do want to mention is that even with the cap off, they never seem to dry out completely. But they’re perfect for my needs.

These are so handy to have around! They pack small, but hold a lot of water and are easy to carry and to pour.

Useful
Great for storing water for camping and emergencies like hurricanes. Nice wide mouth makes it easy to fill but the tamper seal is not helpful if you plan on reusing these over and over. Thankfully it comes off cleanly without residue spikes. Centrally located handle makes it easy to pour.

Cost effective, sturdy, and space-saving
I buy filtered water but didn’t want to pay the high price for refillable plastic jugs. These were the perfect alternative. I fill up four at a time and as each one is emptied into my countertop dispenser, it is dried, folded, and stored for the next trip. They are sturdy, and the pleated bottom makes them self-standing and easy to fill. Compared to the refillable plastic jugs on the market, these are extremely functional with excellent value for the money.

Many uses, Camping to Parties
The caps come with a locking mechanism. I was thinking this was a permanent feature and tried everything to get the cap off after tightening it on. Couldn’t do it, if there’s a way I couldn’t figure it out, hence I had to peel off the locking strip and cap works fine.I filled it with water, picked it up by the handle, no cap on at this point, and some water overflowed. Putting the cap on before lifting prevents that glitch on my part, but I probably overfilled it. I did get about the right amount in, letting any excess flow out. I capped it and held the filled bag upside down, jostled it around a bit, no leaking at all. I then measured it as I emptied it. The 1.3 gallon is accurate, I got 1.25 (about 20 cups, 160oz). I then shook the bag upside down to try and get out as much liquid as I could. I let the bag, still expanded sit with the cap off to see how long it’d take to dry. With my test using only water, there’s only a couple tiny fragmentented drops after about 16 hours.Where I would find these awesome is for the cooler, camping, etc. I’d fill up about 75% leaving plenty of room for expansion (about 10%), put in freezer and then have a solid block with dual purpose. As it’s frozen it’s keeping your cooler items cold. As it melts its drinking water! No need to buy ice, then waste the melt, pouring on the ground, buy more, rinse and repeat. If anything, it’d be much less. No need to even mention hiking/backpacking. Lightweight carry along until needed. I can see these as helpful for home use as well, birthday parties, etc., can make batches for punch bowl ahead of time, etc.
