I have used a couple of Amazon Basic products and have really liked them so gave these gym shorts a chance. The underlayer has the phone pocket which I use for Drivers License and the outerlayer has two good size pockets that are deep which means things don’t fall out of them. I like the lightness of the material which makes these very comfortable. The one thing to be aware of is that the outer layer is cut pretty close to the inner layer size. At 215 lbs the size large works great for the inner layer but I wish the outer layer had a more generous cut. But for the price you can’t go wrong.

I bought a pair in black about 2 years ago and since then, have purchased multiple to have enough for the whole week. They’re comfortable just to wear at home and are great for strenuous workouts. 100% recommend over all the nike shorts I’ve purchased for double the price.

I was looking for a versatile pair of shorts for my Spartan race to work well in wet and dry conditions. I ordered these and spent time working out with them and running in the hills. They were great for my race and are my go to pair of shorts for the gym. They were great inner short fits comfortably and not too snug to do my obstacles on the Spartan race.
