Wow, major improvement from my last experience.
My history with the Apple Watch was that I was given someone’s hand me down when they upgraded. Not sure which series it was, but it was early on, and I hated it. That experience prevented me from buying one myself. Fast forward many years and I find myself in need of a device that will monitor my pulse 24/7. I used a Fitbit for years, but it was its accuracy was not reliable enough. After extensive shopping of devices, I decided to give the Series 11 Apple Watch a try.I have to admit, I am impressed and delighted. I didn’t know when I bought it that you had to use the new iOS 26 on your iPhone in order for it to work. I have an iPhone 16 so if you have an older phone check compatibility of iOS 26.On to the watch itself, I did not get the cellular version, just GPS but I have been really pleased with how well it replaces the phone for many of the functions that I had to carry the phone around for besides communication.Once I loaded iOS 26, the watch and phone paired up immediately with no problems. I love the larger watch face. It is easy to read, easy to launch apps and actually not too bad to type on for an old geezer who misses the simple days of the Motorola Flip Phone. The health features are pretty amazing and for me, worth the price by themselves, for home heart monitoring it eliminates my need for my small ecg, my oximeter and possibly a BP cuff (we’ll see how accurate that is over time). It is still new, but so far everything I explore excites me to explore it more. I’m a long time Apple person with the exception of my Windows laptop. It’s nice to add another convenient device that works so well with my iPhone and iPad.

The Best Timepiece Ive Ever Owned!!! Thank you Apple!!
This beautiful timepiece is so worth the price! It’s blazing fast with Absolute clarity on the Watch face. So many customizable settings to make this watch yours personally.Paired to my iPhone 17 air effortlessly; little like 10 seconds. And really, the price is spot on for this wrist computer. She will last years and give you solid performance for her life.I would recommend this Apple timepiece to anyone on shooting distance! I listen to podcasts, send messages, check my mail, watch vids, follow my favorite sports team (you guessed it: the Buffalo Bills; Josh Allen is a beast!), and so much more on my watch.Side Note: my wife bought me this watch for my birthday. And as I was setting it up & playing with it (going, wow, ooh, and ah) she started making noise about wanting one for Christmas. So I went and bought her one. She now opens her first Apple Watch. And with her health conditions the health package on her watch is invaluable to her) and me).Verdict: go out and buy yourself one today! You won’t be disappointed!! Promise!

Apple Watch fan!
I love this watch! It’s sleek and classy looking. Very comfortable to wear. The battery last a very long time even though I am constantly using the app’s andand talking on it. Easy to learn with helpful tips!! Does everything I expected. The only downside is it’s hard to hear when I’m having a conversation even though I have the volume turned all the way up.

It saves me money.
I am still learning how to use my watch. I love how it replaces the bulky thing I wore around my neck in case I fell and had to be assisted to the hospital. I am 78 and this is much better than those things around your neck. And for the same price, the apple watch reports on my heart, my steps, get up and walk command and I can type in how far I walked on the treadmill. I can share it with my doctor. I did get rid of the group of people doing a 10K run, and telling me all about it and I could care less. The size of the text and all the pretty watch bands are a blast. Charging it is a breeze and it sends you a message to take care of that also.I paid over $500 for that bulky thing around my neck for one year. this i have for 3-5 years. Who knows but it sure is fun.

Great for heart monitoring!
Wife was having heart issues and we couldn’t capture them with 24hr at home ELG from Hospital. Within 10Days of purchase, watch was able to record heart in Afib when she was having symptoms! Report from watch was sent to DR and Cardiologist visit was scheduled! Paid for itself IMO!

Perfect replacement for the old one!
Perfect Bday gift for the wife to replace the well-used Series 5 (yeah, it’s been a minute!). Great fit, battery life is more than advertised (24hrs +) and a sleek look in the rose gold case. Definitely a major improvement over the old one!

Great, but missing a key feature.
Watch itself and features are great. I primarily got one for sleep scores and other health related things. However, there’s a major downside to the watches in general;I have two iPhones, one for work and another for personal. I intended to use the watch paired to my work phone M-F and use it paired to my personal for weekend use. It is incredibly difficult to pair/unpair the watch to a phone as you must walk through the entire setup. This process takes more than 10 minutes to do which is really inconvenient.I noticed it is incredibly easy to pair different watches with one phone, but why is it not the other way around? I think more people have two phones as compared to two watches…
