Very sturdy translucent jug
I bought these to contain pure filtered water for my marine aquarium. Some will contain make up water for evaporative loss and some will be used to mix kalkwasser for pH adjustments. They are made of heavy grade polymer, strong enough to contain a gallon of liquid without crushing or developing leaks and have a strong handle for pouring. They are sufficiently translucent to see the level of liquid in normal room light.They come with extra lids and even hand pumps, which my application doesn’t have a use for.Overall, I’m completely satisfied with these and considering ordering more. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a good quality gallon jug.

Easy to handle because of their size.
My laundry soap container fell off the shelf and was unusable; so, I had to purchase a new one. The original was a little over 2 gallons. What I really like about theses is that I can see how much laundry soap I have left, and because of their size, they don’t take up the same space as the original laundry container did; so no more falling off the shelf. Also, they are easy to handle and I prefer pouring the soap to using the dispenser. No problems with leakage so far. I think its worth the money.

They Work but Not Convinced About Value
These are sturdy, stackable square jugs for containing and pouring liquids. Oddly enough, the lids come with a detachable tamper-evident ring that locks the first time you apply the cap, and then tears off permanently the first time you open it. It’s like these are intended for retail food packaging. But after the tamper ring is torn off the first time, the lids still seal and act as expected.I got these to serve as water containers for camping and picnics, and for that purpose they will work well. Because they are square, they are compact, stackable, and don’t have a tendency to roll. The thickness of the plastic makes them feel more durable than the retail food packaging vibe would suggest. They will probably last quite a while.Only two things give me pause. The first is the difficulty in cleaning these. Since I am using them for water, it’s probably not an issue unless they get mold. And again, for lubricating oils, you may not even need to clean them. But if you want to use these for certain liquids like food (juices, food oils, etc.) I’m not sure how you’d clean them thoroughly.The other thing I’m not sure about is the price. It’s not absurdly high, but when I think about the price ($23) and what you get (plastic bottles) I’m not sure the value is all there.Actually, let me throw in a third consideration: since these are translucent, they will not be suitable for long-term storage of anything sensitive to light or prone to growing mold or algae.
