Good workout set for beginner
This set is perfect for beginners—no extra, unnecessary accessories. The pilates ring works really well, is stiff enough for my workouts. The non-slip socks are great for workouts too.The downside: Inflating the yoga ball takes a lot of effort, and hard to be fully pumped up.

Very flexible to exercise specific muscles
This excise ring is light and very flexible to focus on any specific muscle spot. Especially on inner thighs , waist and arms. It comes with a brochure illustrating how to excise the specific muscle spot.

Cute but pricey
The best part is the ring and socks. The balls do seem cheap but easy to blow up, per instructions. The ring is great to use. It’s flexible and sturdy.A little expensive for the set.

Disappointing Quality — Not Worth the Price
was excited to try this Pilates kit as a beginner, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The listing promises a durable fiberglass ring and burst-resistant ball, but what I received was a cheap plastic ring, a deflated rubber ball, and polyester socks — not the quality materials described. The kit feels more like a novelty than actual fitness equipment. For the $30 price tag, you’d expect sturdier gear, especially for something intended to support core and strength workouts. Honestly, you’re better off saving your money and doing mobility exercises or yoga using free resources. This might work as a toy set for a light stretch, but if you’re looking for serious toning or long-term use, look elsewhere.

Good color, poor quality.
There are definitely some pros and cons with this one. We’ll start off with the positive: the color oops! The bright pink is vibrant in the socks and ball. The socks fit well, even with my size 11 feet. They are comfy and grippy, a great addition to my yoga and Pilates classes. I like the little booklet it came with, describing some of the possible moves you can do with the ball in order to get a good workout. But the circle? It’s not sturdy. It creaks and cracks with every move. It barely has any resistance to use with the workout. I’m afraid that if I really tried to use this during a workout it would completely break. So parts of the kit are good, but not as a whole.

Not what I thought it would be
This was a bit disappointing in that for over $30, I expected something a little better quality. Not that I expected a lot at that price, but this almost feels and looks like a child’s toy rather than a piece of exercise equipment. The ring is flexible and I can see using it for gentle exercises but nothing with too much force and even then I’m skeptical. The socks are fine, something you could pick up at a dollar store–in fact, the entire thing looks like something I could buy at a discount or dollar store. The ball doesn’t come with a tube to inflate it so if you don’t have a tube, them you have to figure out how to inflate the ball. I wouldn’t use much ‘force’ with the ball either but only gentle exercise–mainly because I don’t trust the quality of materials enough to do anything but simple exercise — think more stretching that strength – and again, I am not sure I’d trust it.Comes with a pamphlet that shows some exercises you can do with the ring but for some reason they don’t include any ball exercises. Since I was a personal trainer at one time, I can figure it out but if you are not experienced or new to exercise, you will have to look up some videos. If this wasn’t from the Vine program, I’d be returning it.
