A Comfortable, Practical, and Easy to Use Wrist Therapy WrapI’ve been using this Comfytemp wrist wrap as part of my home routine for managing mild wrist discomfort and occasional swelling, and it’s become one of those “keep it handy” items. The two-gel-pack setup is genuinely practical—while one is in use, the other can stay in the freezer or be ready for heating, so I’m never waiting around to switch. The wrap itself is soft yet supportive, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. I can adjust it easily with the Velcro straps so it stays in place even while I’m moving around the house.For cold therapy, the packs come out of the freezer pliable enough to contour well to my wrist and hand, providing a solid chill without feeling like a block of ice. For heat, a short time in the microwave gives me soothing warmth that helps relax the joint and surrounding muscles. The optional thumb opening helps position the wrap so it covers exactly where I need relief.A couple of small notes: the cold lasts about 20–25 minutes before it starts to warm up, so if I want a longer session, I swap in the second pack. Also, if the Velcro edge brushes bare skin, it can feel a little rough—easy enough to avoid by adjusting the strap or wearing over a thin layer.Bottom line: This wrist wrap is comfortable, versatile, and quick to use whether you need cold for swelling or heat for stiffness. best investment towards recovery
i sprained my wrist 3 weeks ago and these have been a life saver since day one. the fit is nice, and the flexibility is good, while still being a bit ridged for my hurt wrist. i work in a kitchen, so i’m using my hands all day. i keep one at work, and just pop it on when i need it. i can still move around and go about my work while resting my hand, but i am not hindered. (don’t worry, i’m not doing a lot of work during ice time. sometimes just typing up a one handed email)it stays cold for the 20 minute maximum limit, and while it can be a bit cold when first out of the freezer, i found it does depend on the temperature it is set at, cause the one at work is too chilly, and the one at home is just right. i use a tea towel wrapped between my wrist and the pack, and it is plenty good.haven’t tested heat.

Almost perfect!
They work as intended and are well-made. They do not wrap as tightly when frozen as they do in the picture, they have to soften up a bit and become flexible to not be like wrapping blocks around your wrist, if that makes sense. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the microfiber outer shell is only on one side. The vinyl side can get painfully cold, so I’ve had to find a way to wrap them and stick the velcro inside the wrap, making it hard to wrap it tightly. I love the concept of having the thumb hole. I just wish I could appropriately wrap them backwards and have a way to velcro it. Size-wise they seem as though they will fit many wrist sizes and they were affordable.

Everyone should get these if they have problems with hands and/or wrists! They work great and helped me after extensive hand and wrist surgery in both hands! They are a great size and are easy to keep clean. Perfect for 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. They last longer, but those were my dr instructions. I haven’t tried the heat yet, as I needed cold, but I love them!

Not as long like the picture, does wrap twice around, but a perfect ice wrap for a fractured wrist. Great price and comes in a 2 pack, does not take up alot of space in freezer and can do hot or cold.

Worth the price
I recently started suffering from a carpal tunnel flareup. After getting no sleep for several nights, I decided to purchase these ice packs. They have been an amazing help with icing my wrists and being able to wrap them by myself without assistance. I highly recommend them if you are having a carpal tunnel syndrome issue. They are really soft easy to apply and don’t get excessively cold just cold enough to make the swelling go down. They are as comfortable as they can be considering their ice packs and it still hurts a little bit the size and fit and durability seem like they are going to last for a while

Effective hot/cold therapy with a few annoyances
I got this wrap to help with hand swelling and pain, and it definitely can provide good relief — but it takes some effort to get it just right.Pros:• The wrap stays in place well once it’s secured• Offers both hot and cold options• When the temperature is right, it helps with pain and swellingCons:• When it’s frozen, it’s very stiff and hard to wrap properly• When heated, it gets almost too hot — I wish it had an extra protective layer so the heat wasn’t so intense• If the wrap isn’t positioned perfectly, the seams scratch and irritate my skin• A bit finicky to get comfortable, especially if you’re dealing with painOverall, it does work, and the relief is noticeable when everything is lined up correctly. But the design could be improved to make it more comfortable and beginner-friendly. Good for quick hot/cold therapy, but not the easiest wrap to use.
