If you don’t like a tight fit like myself, go a half size larger. Had 2 work outs so far, good product.

They are a nice pair of shoes, but personally think they are a little too tight on the front of the foot area.

Well constructed
Comfortable, well padded inside. Toe box is not the widest but you don’t feel your toes crammed. Go for half a size above your regular shoe size.Feels very stable. The amount of heel lift is just right and sole is hard for effective power transfer.Double straps secure the foot in place and you feel it. Velcro liner of the straps go all the way to the edge of the shoe, so you can tighten as much as needed, effectively.As an entry level and even as a mid tier, for the price, this is a no brainer.Time will tell about durability.

Be careful tightening the laces
They’re comfortable and can hold up to heavy lifting however the loops that hold the laces popped when I tightened them.When tightening the laces be careful.

Love the heel and firmness of the platform.
Heel support is great. Rigid solid platform and the overall support and firmness helped me with an issue i had where i pointed my toes up while driving up from the squat. Overall very happy with this purchase and good shoe considering less expensive than the main brands.

Poor quality
I had a shoe lace loop break after only one use. The shoe says it is for serious lifters but cannot handle one leg day. Maybe my shoes were the last pair of the day and put together poorly but this is the second time I have had to return them. Save your time and just buy the Nike Romeleos.
