Excellent electrolyte support – immediate cramp relief and clean ingredients
I’ve struggled with painful muscle cramps in my legs, arms, abdominal muscles, and even fingers. Drinking electrolytes gives me almost immediate relief, and this one has become part of my daily routine. As long as I have it every day, the cramps stay away. The raspberry-lemon flavor isn’t my favorite, but I’ve gotten used to it. The big win here is that it’s naturally flavored and free from artificial chemicals – that’s a huge plus for us. It also mixes beautifully with no undissolved powder or gritty texture. We mix one scoop with about 32 oz of water, and my husband likes his in carbonated water made with our SodaStream. The formula feels clean, the potassium content is impressive, and it’s excellent value for how long the tub lasts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective, sugar-free electrolyte support without synthetic additives.I find it much more economical and a healthy alternative to the sports drinks that are laden with sugar.

Following instructions on water amount
Tastes good and I know I am getting what I need. I did notice that if you add more water than directed (thought I would just add it to my water bottle) it doesn’t taste good. The correct amount is perfect.

Need an immersion blender!
This mix doesn’t blend real easily and it has a slightly gritty aftertaste. It’s also pretty expensive. That said, I’m pretty pleased with the results. The good and the bad:The powder doesn’t dissolve in cold, tepid, or hot water, however it will blend up almost completely with a handheld immersion blender for several minutes. The lemonade is light and slightly sweet. Not a drink to sip like a Powerade zero, I just make up the 1scoop to 16 oz amount with my blender and chug it every morning. Works like a charm as I’m constantly deficient in potassium and can’t choke down nearly as much potassium rich foods a day that’s required to feel like a normal person. Lol

First time using electrolytes
This is my first time using electrolytes. I am a fan of Dr. Berg’s product line. It does taste good and I am happy it is keto friendly. I have never been a big fan of stevia which is the sweetener used. This blend really tastes really good. I plan on reordering. I can really tell the difference in my hydrations. I can see the difference on my smart scale, as well. I mix mine with a little hot water and stir and then top off with cold water and ice. That mixes it perfectly. I have no stomach upset. I always drink it on my extended fast. It doesn’t interfere with my fast at all. It allows me to stay energized.

Love this stuff.
The taste is a little intense but it does the job all the bottle “electrolyte” junk wish they did. And without sugar! Know how hard that is to find? And even harder to find he uses stevia instead of synthetic sweeteners! Nobody else has potassium and this has 1000mg. I would suggest anybody who thinks they are at all dehydrated keep this electrolyte around. It’s so cost effective and really works. When I’m working out in the shop or the yard I make sure this is what I’m drinking. All you’ve got to do is the pinch test to see how your hydration is. This and water is all I need. I don’t know how many times I’ve restocked but I hope this never goes away.

It’s just Ok – I expected better. Odd smell, too sweet, sediment leftoever.
Was excited to see an electrolyte powder that was sea salt vs table salt and no artificial sweeteners. This one has Stevia.Excitement turned to dissapointment once I opened the inner seal. The smell – it’s like iodine or chlroinish. I can’t really describe it. Mixed it with room temp water and the smell was still there.Took a drink and oh my! – it’s sweet! Stevia is strong and this powder could use 2/3 to 3/4 less of it. It’s overpowering. Like drinking lemondheads (overly sweet lemon). I like lemon to be tart/sour like real lemon. Also noticed it tastes like super sweet lemon flavored pool water. Could be that smell coming into the picture. I asked my husband to smell the power in the jar and he pulled his head back with a “what is THAT?” look. He said whatever that smell is, it’s overpowering. Kinda like concentrated salt water but a little chemical at the same time. My sea salt doesn’t smell like that at all.The worst part is that leftover powder in the bottom of the glass no matter how much you mix it. After a few glasses of this, I decided to drink it with a straw to try and get this powder that falls to the bottom into my sips. Nope. Liquid was all gone and a layer of sediment was at the bottom. Added more water and the sediment sank to the bottom again. This refilled glass had no taste though and the sediment was like eating a dry power would be – like if you tried to eat ground cinnamon of a spoon. Kind of chokey. Refilled that glass with more water after I drank the 2nd one and still some sediment. I have no idea which ingredient it is that is settling out like that. So that was 1 – 16oz glass of water with a scoop of power, then 2 additional 16 oz glasses with just water and there was still some sediment. Not sure I can take that.So as excited as I was to finally find a hydration power that was sea salt and natural sweetener – this one is a miss. Too sweet, odd smell (like pool chemicals and salt), leftover ingredients – I won’t be purchasing this again. The Stevia needs to be greatly reduced or elminated. People can sweeten it themselves with their own choice of sweetener. It overpowers the lemon flavor. Find out which ingredient has that weird smell. Find a way to get that sediement ingredient to mix in better. Then I’d buy it in a heartbeat!

Loved the electrolyte but it is a bit too pricey. My health has benefitted : feel energetic and no more foam in urine. However, may limit buying it often because it is quite costly.

Great Stuff. Finally discovered why I have had no energy for years. A Magnesium boost in an electrolyte powder with other complimentary minerals is fantastic. Works very well combined with a Multi Vitamin B for energy. Seems more healthy than high concentrated pure magnesium powders.I’m eating more Salads now for my magnesium, but keep this powder ready for days when I want to intermittent fast or haven’t eaten well

I tried the product for the first time and i think i just experienced a potassium overdose with numbing, nausea, that feeling of almost passing out , it was my fault though i should have started with very low dose than 1 scoopI generally have low bp 80/70 and i thought i was about to die but i directly took salt hydration tabs and i feel better. I will still use the product but with very very less dosage.I am a great follower of dr berg, i believe in this diet regime. The product overall has good taste and not hard to drink at all
