Good quality, stiff straps
Nice wraps, a little stiffer than I would like but helps get a few more reps on heavy bench or overhead press. I’ve used them for a while, they have stayed stiff, nothing seems to be falling apart so it’s good quality. Nice and durable. They are pretty long, I have 15” forearms and 18.5” biceps and these fit well.

Awesome wraps
Love the wraps. Just prepare yourself with the elbow wraps as they are moderate to heavy duty wraps to support your elbows. But it works properly either way. It was a great value for when I needed them and I couldn’t ask for more.

Game changer
Game changer for anyone lifting heavy weights! The older we get the more areas that become acceptable to pain and injury. These wraps can be put on with easy and they are extremely effective. A must add, only con the material will not last long if you are a frequent lift such as myself. Will update on how long before I purchase a second pair from abusing the first pair.

Great quality
wraps are super great quality with good Velcro connections. Beware they are very stiff, and take awhile to break in before they are remotely comfortable. But if you want to protect your elbows with extra support during heavy lifts they are the way to go over these cheaper straps that dont hold up.

Do not recommend. Very disappointing. Do not work.
I bought these looking for support for my elbows since I have tendinitis flareups from time to time. I’ve tried other wraps but was drawn to these because of the design and the professional looking bodybuilder doing the demos for them.I got them today and tried them on and immediately recognized how stiff they are and they provide no fictional movement for press exercises. In fact, when you try to move your arm they cut into your bicep.Despite knowing how to use elbow wraps I chose to watch the PR instructional video to see if there was something I’m missing. There isn’t. They’re just not functional elbow wraps. My arms are 18” and any attempt to bend them with these wraps on cuts directly into my bicep.There is support and then there is stiff, and these elbow wraps are beyond stiff. If I could give them a 1/2 star I would and that is only because the desert camo design is cool. There are way better options on Amazon. I’m going back to my old wraps until I find new ones.

I’m an old guy in his 60’s who an still bench a triple with 3 wheels but my elbows hurt for a week after. I bought these to try and they are a game changer. I’ve done many triples and even a single with them and my elbows feel fine. They are stiff and abrasive and I’ve had abrasions and even a laceration from using them with very heavy weights, but if they weren’t stiff they wouldn’t work. I bought a cheap elbow sleeve to wear under them and it’s now perfect. Single best piece of gear I’ve ever invested in.

ナローグリップ気味のベンチプレススタイルだと挙上重量が5~10㎏アップするyoutubeなどでは前腕から上腕に向けて巻いているけれども、私の場合は上腕から前腕に向けて巻いた方が効果があります。ワイドグリップスタイルだとあまり恩恵はないかも
