I ordered this fibit, 3 to replace my original fibit 3 it came as advertised. This order came sooner then it was advertised which was great,👍the price was reasonable it was clean and, in working condition once I changed it & did a clear user data & a reboot of the device and, paird it to my phone it work right away. Am very happy with new/use Fitbit 3 thanks

This fit bit just died on me, today is July 13 and had a 90 day guaranteed return. It was returnable up to July 3rd.and did not last the 30 days. I did not realize refurbished. I will have to see if I can get me a new one. I am so frustrated that this is already dead. I could have paid a lot less if I got direct from fit bit website too. I have a watch that does not work after a month . Not happy right now, also fit bit watches only last me a year too, so having one die after a month not to happy. This seller was horrible to deal with, one answer responses to comply with Amazon 48 hour response time. I finally got my money back from Amazon after calling them 3 to4 time on the phone. They kept telling me the same story about the 48 hour response time and that they would file a request to get me a credit in 5 days. The last rep. Did his job filled out paperwork and followed up on. He got me my credit. This was the worst experience I have had so far with Amazon and this seller. Also beware the Charger 4 is no longer available and is discontinued hrough Fitbit too. I like this model, but figured with all the issues of only lasting a year and this night mare with a refurbished one from Tower Electronics, it was time to try another brand. Bought a Smart watch for 40.00 and so far it works even better then the fitbits I have had and can read Display better then the fitbit.

Absolutely love this, used to have a Flex, though with all the updates to the app, it couldn’t keep up. I can check heart rate, # of floors climbed, sleep ( though have to check in phone app to get water/food manually added & when sync’d to your phone you have access to weather, how far your have traveled from your main location, I even was surprised by a missed phone call. Easy to wear, easier to charge (than a Flex), comes with 2 bands. Love the features! Having fun finding out all it can do! ❤️

For the price, I think is not worth to buy it.
I don’t like the lack of information of for instance the beats of the hearts. It gives it but I don’t have the slightest idea if it’s good or bad. Also the information it goes away at least twice a week. I mean the information on my cell phone. All of a sudden it simply doesn’t stay and a message appears to try later because at the moment Fitbit is not working!!!! The sleep tracking is also not very good. Thank God I use it mostly for the steps I take, my dancing exercises and when I play golf.

Great watch, great value.
Had a Fitbit charge 3 before this for 2 years, mine broke so I replaced it with the same because I loved it so much. It’s exactly what I need. I wanted a watch that tracks my steps, workouts, heart rate, calories burned and sleep. I also like being able to read texts from my phone on here. That’s all I wanted in a watch and this does the job at a great price.

If you don’t have an iPhone I would understand why this watch would be good enough. I don’t really care for it too much. In less than a year I’ve had to replace it twice. The first time it just stopped giving me my phone notifications and even when I called them they couldn’t figure it out with their troubleshooting, The second time the screen just started disappearing little by little and again I called them to help me and again they weren’t able to troubleshoot it. So that’s two separate issues I’ve had with two different fit bits and right now I am frustrated with the app it’s self. When it incorrectly predicts my menstrual and fertile window, it’s extremely challenging to save the edits, actually so far it’s been impossible to try to change it when I’m not on the same cycle as it Predicts. Over five times I’ve tried to edit it and correct it and it just goes back to what it predicted so then I turned off the predictions to have it manually input. Which I can already do with my normal Calendar. Also, I don’t know if this is an isolated problem, but whatever hand I am wearing the watch on for too long, once in a while will get cramps Bad enough that I have to takeoff the watch. If you just need something to count your steps I suggest going a cheaper route than this and if you are looking for a smart watch to do more with then I suggest upgrading to an Apple Watch if you have a compatible phone.
