I bought this for my husband for walking. It is perfect. He likes the velco strap that allows for adjustment. It doesn’t slide down like a previous purchased brand. It has plenty of room for his cell, plus. I would recommend & purchase again.

This Cell Phone Holder Arm Bag works as advertised. Its design makes it fairly easy to get into with one hand while out walking/working out. The thick band and Velcro strap part make it so scratchy and almost painful to wear on bare skin. I even tried it over a thin long sleeve shirt and had raw, painful marks on my arm after a 3-mile walk. It does fit me well and seems like it would accommodate a wide range of arm sizes. At the time of my review, it’s priced at $13.99, which would be an excellent value if it were a little more comfortable to wear.
