My new favorite toy!!
This is the first rope I’ve ever used from Honor Athletics and it’s instantly become my favorite out of the 5 other ropes from various brands that I have. I love the weight of the rope and the ease of use to alter the length / size. The rope also has a certain level of bounce that’s amazing for certain tricks for reversing direction when skipping. Despite having good weight for tricks such as an EB, it’s still great for speed for those who enjoy double unders. I’m so excited to continue using this rope and explore the other types of ropes that Honor Athletics offer!

New favorite
I purchased this a second time after using my first one for 90 days. During this time I compared to my old favorite – similar 5mm PVC rope – but this Honor Athletics is a 5mm TPU material which just spins more smoothly than PVC. I also noticed that when I hang in the garage (in AZ heat) instead of leaving coiled up in my bag inside the house, the rope keeps from getting kinks (which I encountered more with PVC ropes). This Honor Athletics 5mm TPU rope spins like my 6mm PVC rope without the added weight. Crossovers and double under crossovers are all more smooth with this one. Dig the color. Replaced my first one after 90 days due to the center of the rope gradually wearing thin from skimming the wood floor basketball court that I do 20-30 minute sessions 4-5 days a week (normal wear pattern on these types of jump ropes). That’s a lot of mileage, so I’d say durability is very good compared to PVC.

The jump rope broke a few inches below the handle after 3 weeks of use.This was a good jump rope for the brief period that it remained in one piece. The jump rope did see a lot of use in the 3 weeks that I had it, but still seems like a short time for it to fail. Would not recommend, get something that will last.

Un très bon matériel. Les réglages sont assez simple. La corde se coupe facilement pour être régler à la bonne taille. Une bonne vitesse de rotation. Un seul défaut, malheureusement, si vous ne la laissez pas pendre sur un support fixe et la ranger enroulée dans un sac pour une utilisation régulière n’importe où, elle aura tendance à se couder légèrement. Ce qui vous fera vous prendre la corde dans les pieds lors de son utilisation. Il faut donc la retendre avant chaque utilisation. Si vous ne voulez pas ce désagrément il vaut mieux prendre une corde perlée, plus adaptée au débutant.
