The battery life on this product is great. The build quality is also really good. The accuracy is meh. It doesn’t always register and I have to step on it a few times. The ease of use is spot on though. Overall, it’s pretty good. The bluetooth connectivity works for me about 95% of the time as well.

UPDATE: After using this scale for almost a week, i absolutely love the features. I think my favorite is how it tells you how many calories and how much protein our individual body needs to stay healthy, bone density, BMI, skeletol muscle, the list goes on. Highly recommend this scale for exactly what areas to focus on more, warning as that changes some of the other that might be optimal may change up or down slightly, read the suggestion on the app and make the adjustments that you need.Read the instructions really well so you understand them completely. The scale does pair to your phone, tablet, or watch, as soon as the batteries go in. I highly recommend doing the phone part first:Don’t put the batteries in the scale till you have downloaded the app on your device and set up your account. make sure your Bluetooth is on, gps is on.Put the batteries in the scale, follow the instructions on the app.***Now go into the info about the app, go into your permissions and make sure you’ve allowed the scale to connect.*** this is the spot I spent a half hour on, so if anyone else has this same problem make sure you’ve give it permission.Stand back and prepare to be astounded, kidding it’s very informative, go ahead with an open mind. Necesitaba una báscula para la dieta de esta época post confinamiento.Lo de que puedas controlar la grasa corporal y demas (de manera aproximada, claro) me pareció un plus. Si ponéis la app vais a tener un montón de información extra (grasa, agua, pulsaciones…) y algo más precisa al poner la altura y esas cosillas. Personalmente creo que ir viendo como va bajando semana a semana ayuda.Pero lo más importante para mí es que fuese fiable. He tenido alguna que te pesabas 3 veces y todas diferentes. En esta he probado a pesarme yo, luego otra persona y otra vez yo y me volvía a marcar exactamente el mismo peso. Incluso probé a pesarme, tomar un vaso de agua y ahí estaban esos 200g extra.Así que si lo que buscáis es una báscula fiable, y como plus poder ir controlando grasa y demás, es una gran opción

Ich habe eine Körperanalyse-Waage gesucht, die zum einen möglichst viele Vitalwerte misst und zum anderen nicht zu teuer ist. Dabei bin ich nach längerem Suchen und Vergleichen bei Amazon auf die INSMART Körperfettwaage gestoßen und habe sie mir bestellt.Die Lieferung erfolgte, wie meistens bei Amazon sehr zügig, die Waage war in dem Paket sehr gut gesichert und kam unbeschadet hier an.Nach dem Auspacken wollte ich sie natürlich sofort ausprobieren. Der erste Pluspunkt: Batterien sind schon eingesetzt und können durch das Herausziehen eines kleinen Kunststoff-Streifens aktiviert werden.Dann habe ich zunächst die Gebrauchsanweisung (mehrsprachig) durchgelesen und mich mit den Besonderheiten und Möglichkeiten vertraut gemacht.Anschließend habe ich sofort die App “Fitdays” auf mein iPhone geladen und dann losgelegt.Die Waage auf einen festen Untergrund gestellt, meine Socken ausgezogen und dann die Waagen-Oberfläche kurz angetippt. Ein Informationsfeld leuchtete auf und zeigte verschiedene Werte an. Dann stellte sich die Gewichtsanzeige auf “0” und ich stellte mich auf die Waage.Sie zeigte mein Gewicht an und im selben Moment begann die App zu arbeiten. Man sieht den Fortschritt der Messung auf der App anhand eines Kreises, um dem eine Markierung läuft. Die Messung dauert einige Sekunden und dann zeigten sowohl die Waage als auch die App die Werte an. Die wichtigsten Werte werden auch problemlos auf die Apple Health übertragen.Das Gewicht scheint recht genau anzuzeigen, den es entsprach genau dem einer anderen, älteren Waage.Auf der App konnte ich nun eine Vielzahl von Werten, einschließlich meines biologischen Alters, ablesen. Inwieweit die Werte exakt sind, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich keinen Vergleich mit einer professionellen Körperanalysewaage habe, aber sie bilden zumindest eine gute Grundlage für Vergleiche im Laufe der Zeit.Man kann in der App mehrere Personen registrieren, sodass sich auch der/die Partner(in) und die Kinder messen können. Diese Möglichkeit hat meine Frau natürlich dann auch genutzt.Und damit gab es ein kleines Problem: Nachdem meine Frau sich gewogen hatte, wollte ich wieder meine Daten anschauen und das war zunächst nicht möglich, weil ich keinen Weg fand, wieder auf meine Daten zuschalten.Habe dann bei Amazon angerufen, aber die freundliche Dame konnte mir auch nicht direkt helfen, sie bot aber an, meine Anfrage an den Service von INSMART weiterzuleiten. Und dann geschah ein, zwei Tage etwas, womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte: In der Fitdays-App erschien eine Nachricht mit einer Erklärung, wie man dort zwischen den einzelnen Personen umschalten kann. Das fand ich wirklich beeindruckend. So einen Super-Service hätte ich nicht erwartet!Zum Schluss noch etwas, womit ich auch nicht gerechnet hatte: Beim Auspacken der Waage fand ich eine kleine Karte mit einer Begrüßung. Und da stand, dass man sich für den Kauf der Waage bedankt und als kleine Anerkennung dafür erhält man entweder eine Barauszahlung von 10 Euro oder eine Amazon-Geschenkkarte in Höhe von 12 Euro.Dass alles zusammengenommen beeindruckt mich schon sehr und gibt mir genügend Gründe, diese sehr positive, aber durchaus ehrliche Rezension zu schreiben. Denn so viel Kundenfreundlichkeit habe ich nicht erwartet.Nun hoffe ich nur noch, dass die Waage einige Jahre ihre Dienste tut und im Falle eines Problems die Gewährleistung/Garantie genauso kundenfreundlich gewährt wird.
