I never knew I needed a bag that unzips completely flat!
So far, so good & as described. I purchased this for a trip coming up back east. I fly with my (large) service dog, so I was looking for a large backpack style solution to bring in addition to my purse and checked bag. (I need to make sure that I can bring my diabetic supplies in a cooler pack and all of his items I would need during travel). I like that this one zippers allllll the way around. I have been “that girl” who thought she was packing intelligently and then realized I have to empty my bag to find something on the very bottom. This bag is lightweight on it’s own, but we will see (and I’ll update review) when it’s packed with all of our crap. The rings on the shoulder straps as well as the molle system means I can clip all my packs or saddle bags on, giving me even more storage if I end up needing it. The light gray color is nice, (I wish more colors were available, and while I usually would go for yellow, I was worried it may look cheap in person). The interior being orange and will all the mesh sleeves for organization means items will stand out against the inside fabric and be more easily visible. I do wish that instead of the patch with the manufacturer sewn on, there was an option to add your own patch, but I may Gorilla Glue one on and see if that does the trick! I am 5’8″ and it doesn’t feel too bulky, but with so much room inside, I’m hoping to not overpack and make it ridiculously heavy, but the shoulder straps feel nice and padded, (even better than my Lulu commuter backpack?). I took the short handles off and stored them inside, but the clips may be useful to put a crossbody strap on if needed for other shorter trips.

Bad quality
Pretty bag but when I got i could tell the quality was not good. The zippers a weak. I was traveling and while I was walking to my gate at the airport, the zipper opened up and all my things fell to the ground. I couldn’t zip it back up and ended up having to buy another bag at a store near by. Very unfortunate that this happened to me. All the little pockets on the sides were useless too.

It’s ok, but I wouldn’t buy again
I dig the size, but the design needs some help. The pockets are backward, and the waterproof bag is tiny. Plus, the zipper always gets stuck. At least the size and handles are good.
