The log johns appear to fit true to size. I normally ware a medium set of thermals, and these fit me well. The set fits snug as you would expect and want them too! They do not feel too thick, which was one of my initial concerns with ordering a set of “fleece lined” underwear. The good news is that they really aren’t that thick at all, and seem to have a good range of motion out of the box. I have not yet washed and worn them multiple times given that winter hasn’t set in yet, so I can’t comment on the true wash and ware experience. If they don’t loose their initial shape and stretch, then these will end up being a great price for a solid set of long underwear to use throughout the winter.

We do not get too many cold months where I live, but the one or two cold months we do get, I would like to stay comfortable and warm at the same time. The only way to get that done is not having a whole bunch of clothes on to stay warm when I’m out and about. Long John’s underwear has always been the answer, but no matter where I picked them up locally, they’re still made out of cotton. The bad thing about cotton is that they shrink immediately when you wash them.When I saw this thermal underwear, I wanted to give them a try. The biggest selling point for me on them was the material in which they were made out of, not cotton. The material is polyester and spandex and everything I own with these materials have never shrunk. As soon as they arrived, I unpacked them and tried them on. They fitted perfectly.They hug your body but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable when you wear them. In the areas where you need them to expand, due to the spandex part of the material, they actually do. Once you have the thermal underwear on you then can put on your pants and any shirt over them and not feel like you’re wearing another 5 pounds of clothing underneath.Then you can feel free to walk around comfortably with nothing going up and down your legs or other areas of your body making you uncomfortable. As long as you follow the instructions on how to wash this thermal underwear, they do not shrink or fade. I have washed the ones I have gotten by following the instructions and they look exactly like they did when they first arrived.Due to the material, the way they fit, finding no flaws anywhere in the product such as loose threads or tears, and after washing them they did not shrink I highly recommend this thermal underwear.

Soft to the touch and warm on the skin
It is finally cold enough to wear these. I am a 5foot, 230 lb female who got a 2x. The arms and legs are long on me. The clothes are well constructed and form fitting. Almost a comforting compression clothing. It was and is a value for the money I paid and has kept me quite warm. This winter, on a bicycle, will be a bit more tolerable with these long johns.

Great quality thermal wear. The material is a good material that keeps you warm. It’s soft and not itchy like some thermal wear is. They fit true to size.

Buy a size larger, it fits but a little tight. While my other clothes that are the same size fits loose. Nice compression shirt and tights. Breathable and water wicking.
