Double Wood B complex
I take a dropper of this in the morning rather than caffeine. It’s subtle but better for energy and only gives me a slight/brief stomach pain an hour after taking if I don’t eat anything. Before sleep on work days I combine this B complex with standard doses of valerian, ashwagandha, passionflower, magnesium glycinate and melatonin (all liquid form). The B complex in this combo helps to sleep all the way through. This combo is very effective for getting to sleep, sleeping through and not having lingering effects upon awakening.

Easily administered with an included dropper. Great taste cherry flavor. They say applying under the tongue is the best way to get the full benefit of a B vitamin supplement. If it is good enough for digitalis, it should be good enough for vitamins
