I usually don’t really care and sometimes lazy to write reviews but this is my holy grail. as someone who’s been struggling looking dry or hairs been so bad this sure gives me a glow on my face and nails are growing great and my hair is flowing is ways I’ve never thought they were! I saw an a label on the product what has chicken broth which I heard is really really!!! Good for us. Also hyaluronic acid !!! And peptides !!

Efficient and easy to take !
I’ve been taking these for a month and my eyebrow tech was shocked to see how much my eyebrows grew out since my last appointment. I also noticed a lot more fuzz/hair on my face. I have consistent appointments for my nails and the growth between sets has been more notable! I appreciate how convenient these pills are , while three seemed a bit too much… after some time I just got used to it. It’s really not that bad. I do try and take these with some food to avoid an upset stomach. Overall, I would recommend these pills. They are convenient , and as far as I can tell – pretty efficient in my nail and hair growth. As far as skin care goes, I have been trying new products for my skin as well, so that may be a contributing factor but I have noted a more glassy / smooth look to my face. I am sure these pills may be helpful as well but that could also be from my new skin care !

This is my favorite collagen.I’ve been using it for 3 months. Easy to swallow, no stomach discomfort I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.Definitely see and fell the difference in my hair skin and nails. Consistency is key. Plus great price for a 3 month supply.
