Reliable brand & great quality supplement!
NatureWise is the only fish oil supplement brand I buy due to the fact that they use pork-free halal gelatin in their capsules. I usually buy their regular 1,000 mg omega 3 supplements, so I was excited to try out this stronger variant that I had never seen before!These ones have more than double the amount of EPA + DHA per serving compared to their standard strength omega 3, while only requiring you to take one more capsule. I’m very impressed by the high concentration of it! As others have pointed out, these are pretty large capsules. But because they are softgels, I don’t feel them go down the way I do when I take hard capsules around the same size so I don’t mind the size very much.In addition to the higher EPA & DHA levels, the triglyceride form these are in is supposed to help with absorption which is something I always worry about when I’m taking supplements. I had no idea that the “triglyceride form” is the version your body handles more easily than synthetic/modified ones, so the omega-3s are more likely to actually get absorbed this way instead of just passing through unused.Overall, these are great quality supplements. I did experience a bit of classic “fish oil burping” the first time I took them but thankfully it just tasted like the lemon flavoring and not actual fish lol. I recommend these so far.

I’m usually pretty skeptical of supplements with “Quadruple Strength” plastered all over the bottle.It always makes me wonder what corners were cut to get there lol. But I’ve been trying to seriously up my Omega3 intake for a while now (mainly for the joint and brain benefits), and my doctor suggested something highly concentrated to cut down on the number of pills I take. Sooooo that’s how I ended up giving these a shot.First off there’s potent concentration, which means fewer pills: This is the major selling point. I was taking three or four pills of my old brand to hit the therapeutic dose of EPA/DHA my doctor recommended.With these, I only take one a day. That makes a huge difference in compliance and cost over time.No Fishy Burps: This is the ultimate deal breaker for any fish oil. I’ve tried other “enteric-coated” pills that promised the same and failed miserably (hello, stank breath lol 😆 ). These, however, are legitimately burp free for me. I take it with my dinner, and I don’t get any gross aftertaste later.Better Sourcing/Testing IMO: I appreciate that they mention the GOED standards and the IFOS rating. I’ve done a bit of reading, and knowing it’s third party tested for heavy metals and purity (mercury, PCBs, etc………) That gives me peace of mind, especially when taking such a concentrated dose daily.

Huge Pills, High Dose
These softgels are huge & the suggested serving of 3 per day may be a bit excessive. TBH I only take 1/da (a comparable dose to an old supplement) & I haven’t noticed any major changes in effect. On the plus side, I also haven’t noticed any negative side effects, scents, or taste.Unfortunately, even taking only one a day isn’t a better value than my other supplements, so I’m not likely to continue taking these unless they’re on sale.

As someone who has been buying supplements from the NatureWise brand for several years, I consider it extremely reliable, and this Omega-3 product reinforces that trust.For me, the most essential factor is quality and purity. I am confident in this supplement because it is ultra-purified of heavy metals and mercury, and the oil is sourced from wild-caught fish.Functionally, these high-potency soft gels deliver exactly what they promise: These are genuinely burp-less and have no fishy odors or aftertaste, which is fantastic ((I take them after I’ve had breakfast)). The only drawback I find is that the capsules are somewhat large.Given the quality, they are absolutely worth the money so if you are looking for a trustworthy, high-strength Omega-3 that is clean, I think this is an excellent product.

Good quality fish oil
I got this to replace the previous brand I have been using in the past. So far, I would like to say I like it. First, the effective component is sufficient in this product. Easy to swallow and no strange or fishy taste. It works well, and no side effect was observed after trying for 2 weeks. Good for heart health. It’s non-GMO and made in the USA. The price is competitive. The only downside is that you have to take 3 pills per day. I will still reocmmend it. I will give a 5/5.

Quality ingredients, made in USA. No unusual tastes or smells, no aftertaste. I take these daily and notice no negative effects, no stomach issues and no belching. Caplets are typical in size, not too large, no problem swallowing with a small sip of water.

Highly recommend these. No fish breath, burps or other unwanted side effects. I really like that these are non-GMO, wild caught and processed to remove impurities and metals and then tested. The gelatin-like capsules are a bit large and they go down easily. The recommended dose is 3 per day making this a 40 day supply. The price at the time of my writing is in-line with other quality natural Omega 3 supplements.
