A well-padded shoe that justifies a price just a few bucks more than cheaper competitors
These shoes are surprisingly high quality for their price. Arch support is quite sufficient and the overall experience for me is of even pressure on all parts of the foot, without anything over- or under-padded. These have a cushy amount of give without feeling mushy. The wide toe area is quite accommodating. If you’re worried that all the sizes say “wide”, don’t sweat. This only refers to the toe box and the fit otherwise is snug but not binding, and the shoes are true to size, at least for me. These cost a touch more than cheaper Chinese wide toes, but make it up with increased density of the internal padding. The inside cushion is not removable, but I don’t see that as a problem given the comfortable insides of the shoe. The medium-weight sole seems destined to consistent long term wear.

Found my Holy Grail work shoes!!
Stunning. Amazing. Incredible! Please get yourself a pair. If you’re looking for super comfortable shoes, this is it!!!! Great arch support. Plenty of room for toes. These are the holy grail.

Pleasantly surprised
UPDATE #2: I wore these everyday during a recent trip to California. Three different National Parks with varying surfaces. They did really well on hikes. Grip was great on rocky and dirt surfaces. I wore them all day long and feet felt great.UPDATE: I have had these shoes for about 3 weeks and it’s fair to say these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have used them for workouts and everyday wear. I have ordered a second pair for work. I honestly prefer these over my $150 pair of running shoes.ORIGINAL POST: These shoes surpassed my expectations. I wore them today for about 6-7 hours to break them in before my hiking trip. I normally order wide shoes so these fit great. They are very comfortable and seem to be good quality.

Great walking shoe for OA in the big toe.
So far these shoes check all the boxes. Cushion is good. The wide toe box is easy on my arthritis. They’re not the most durably constructed, but the price offsets that issue. I’m happy with them for walking. (As a tennis player, I wouldn’t recommend them for tennis, and what is “Walking Barefoot Tennis” referencing in the headline? LOL)

Perfect wide toe box trail shoe for women!
Wow! As good as my Altras or Hoka trail shoes at 1/2 the price. I needed to replace my trail/hiking shoes & since I had discovered Nortiv walking shoes that were as good as Hokas but they didn’t have the tread on bottom for hiking, I went back to the NORTIV page & found great reviews for the men’s trail running shoes. I AM A WOMAN & need a wider toe box. The wide toe box is a requirement for my problematic feet (Morton’s Neuroma). They fit right out of the box comfortable & no issues anywhere. Felt as supportive & comfortable as my Hokas & Altras —maybe a little more comfortable in fact. I took them on a short hike with wet slippery inclines & downhills & they performed well. Yes, they are a man’s shoe but honestly I don’t think they look bad at all. I’m typically a 8.5 in shoes so in men’s I take a 7. Fit perfectly. Thrilled with the shoe & the price!

Exceeds expectations.- a model to be aware of.
First impressions and a week of running- this is a quality shoe, better than I anticipated. I’m an older guy, mostly a mid-striker, but I was a big track star in my state in the late 80’s. I do know shoes. First thing I’ll say is that these do look a bit like clown shoes compared to most of my runners, but that isn’t necessarily bad- they are just wide- think extra stable. They look like Hoka and Altra hooked up and this was the offspring. There’s not much drop on these (5mm) so my stride is pretty effortless, and the comfort is every bit what they look like. Truthfully, expected them to be even more plush, and that would not have been a good thing- I find the cushioning just about perfect to go along with the plenty of room for toe splay. That said, I’m expecting I might have to replace them sooner than maybe a top-tier brand, but at the cost of these today- worth it. Time will tell though- just what I’m expecting. I’ll likely get another pair right away as a spare- and I do not wear these leisurely, only for running. Sizing is true, construction is top quality.

Poor Man’s Olympus
Love these! I was looking for daily walking/hiking shoes so I didn’t wear out my expensive trail running shoes. Size is spot on. I wear men’s 9 in summer with thin socks, and go up 1/2 size to 9.5 in winter so I can wear thick wool socks. The insoles are thick and nicely cushioned, but lack the extra heel pad, so I just put my own insoles in and they feel great. Zero foot pain. Plenty of room for my bunions too. These are very similar to my Altra Olympus. 2 ounces heavier per shoe, no Vibram sole, but plenty of grip for moderate hiking. Just a tip…wear them on asphalt or dirt for 25 miles to wear off the slick outer rubber coating, then they get real grippy. Definitely recommend these!
