Super comfortable
These flip flops are Amazing. I am a flip flop girl and I was crushed when my podiatrist told me that they were part of the reason I have plantar fasciitis. He then gave me a suggestion to try OOFOS. His symptoms improved the longer he wore them. I am a huge fan now. They give just the right amount of support and are very comfortable. It does take some time to get used to but it is worth it.

Walking on clouds
These changed my life! I had been experiencing significant foot and ankle pain. I purchased after reviewing many reviews for an upcoming vacation. Right out of the box, they were immediately comfortable. The pain in my foot was no more, and even helped alleviate the ankle pain. I loved them so much I came back and purchased a pair of their tennis shoes to take with me on vacation. There was no break in period required, no blistering from the thong rubbing on my foot or toes. I highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort.

Foot Pain Is Gone!
I love my Oolalas!!! They are miracle shoes! I was experiencing extreme foot pain daily for the last few months. Sometimes I would not want to walk across the floor because my feet hurt so badly. I searched the internet and determined that my symptoms seemed to fit with metatarsalgia which is basically foot pain across the ball of your foot beneath your toes. I then searched “best shoes for metatarsalgia” and discovered OOFOS. I was hesitant to order because I thought $60 for flip flops is too much money! However, I was desperate to find a solution for my pain, so my husband encouraged me to order. Let me just say that these are so much more than flip flops and they are worth every penny that I spent on them. I ordered the Oolalas because I read somewhere that women with narrow feet would find them a better fit than the regular OOFOS. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8. At first they seemed a bit large, but I quickly realized that they were the perfect size to give my feet the support that I needed. Within a day, I noticed an improvement in my pain. Over the first few days, my muscles in my calves were a little achy as I adjusted to the new shoes. At the end of the first week, I am pain free! It’s incredible and such a blessing! I have never had any product work like this. I feel like an infomercial, but they have not only taken away the pain in my feet, they have improved my posture as well. In fact, my daughter has worn my shoes (for brief periods of time) and noticed an improvement in her headaches which are due to spinal alignment issues. She is considering getting a pair for herself – no small decision for a financially limited college student! Thank you, OOFOS!

Comfy but not enough structure for long-term wear
Good arch support and very cushiony. I wish the heel had more lift and that the entire base of the shoe had more structure and was firmer. The heel is thinner than the middle part of the sandal and so the heel sits lower than the middle of the foot. This feels awkward to me. They are good for walking around my house but don’t have enough structure for me to wear for longer periods of time.

Relief from plantar fasciitis; not recommended for balance issues
I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis for several years. At first it would come and go, but for over a year, I’ve had little relief. After purchasing these Oofos, my feet are in heaven and pain free. I wear these most days, and have even been able to mix in other shoes that used to cause me much foot pain. On occasion, these cause me to trip, due to the light, thick soles. Under the wrong circumstances, these could tear/break easily. I’m not sure the tread on the bottoms will last long. When wet, these are very slick on the bottom and my feet will slide around. However, despite the negatives, due to the relief I’ve had, I will gladly purchase these over and over again. I would not recommend these for anyone with balance issues or who may be clumsy.

Comfort, arch support
Orthopedic surgeon recommended these after I had ankle surgery. Extremely comfortable and great arch support.Extremely slippery if you walk in wet grass or straight out the pool. Make sure your feet are dry.Only shoes I wear besides Doc Martens.

A friend recommended these flip flops for my planter fasciitis. I now use these as my indoor footwear instead of slippers. Amazing how my feet no longer hurt. So comfy. I normally wear a size 8 and these fit true to size. I have a narrow foot and so they look a bit wide on me but for indoors I’m ok with it. Would love even more if they made narrow ones.
