This is the best probiotic supplelmentI have found, and I have tried so many! I tkae it every day and it really helps my digestion and regularity. If I have to take an abtibiotic I will usually double up so that it keeps the good bactieria in my gut. Definitely worth the money!

I’m not a health nut. Don’t take supplements, etc. But we’ve used probiotics for a few years now when someone in the family has some GI distress or is put on anti-biotics (mom, dad, and kids). They work. We don’t give these PB 8’s to our kids because they are pretty big capsules and our kids are small — we buy them chewables of a leading brand. But PB 8 has been great for mom and dad. We tried this brand based on the reviews and the stats on number and type of colonies (which I take with a grain of salt) and especially because they were more affordable than most. We don’t take them all the time and so the two bottles last a long time at our house. Again, we just use when there is a “gastric event.” Or occasionally just because we’ve been eating too much rich food, etc. (around holidays). They nip run of the mill diarrhea in the bud. And they keep it from developing when taking antibiotics and just help your stomach to feel better too. We take two capsules (per label) when something sets off some diarrhea or you feel the stomach rumble or cramps starting. Otherwise, we just use one if you feel like your GI system needs a little help for whatever reason.

I was sent the wrong bottle. I ordered the PB8 with the blue cap, but received the one with the white cap.Probably the same or close to it, but not it! Otherwise it is worthy of 5 stars!
