inexpensive and functional.
Same strap my Physical Therapy office had. Great for stretching legs without the help of a partner. Inexpensive, and functional, why spend more.

Still great after four years
This is a fantastic addition to your fitness gear. Whether you’re using as part of your warm-up, cool-down, stretching, yoga practice, or other uses, this is a great, durable item to have. I bought it in March 2019 and it has lasted me a long time. I use it nearly daily, and I really pull at it to get a good stretch, and no seam or part of the strap has broken or even showed signs of doing so anytime soon. Recommended!

Why spend more?
I am very satisfied with this strap. Why spend more when you can get the job done for less? I believe it works just as well as the more expensive one I use at therapy. If I had to nitpick, I wish the end loops were just a bit larger like the rest of them.

Same quality as the one I use in physical therapy.
I had knee surgery and am in PT now. I was using PT rubber bands to help with stretching at home but they are really not the proper thing to use. I found this stretch strap by Morning Sky on Amazon and it is great. It really seems to be fairly close quality to the one I use when I am at rehab. It came in fast and the multiple hand hold options are what make it much better than just using a rubber PT band. Lastly was the cost. I saw one on Walmart site for about the same cost but the quality did not look great. Very glad I chose this one. In that stretching is important to do every day, I really do hope it lasts. I will be sure to check back when it does. Thanks.

Best Stretching Strap Ever Great Gift for Anyone – No Matter Your Fitness Level
I have one of these myself and bought one for -a pal of mine at the gym for a Christmas gift. I am not that flexible but having this strap has help me to increase my flexibility. Yes, it has been BABY STEPS but as a senior the name of the game is to keep moving and don’t just sit. This has been a tool for major improvement for me. My trainer and I often use this strap to stretch and increase my flexibility. ” Don’t over do it – just let your body shift. If it doesn’t shift, then that is okay. Some days one is stiffer than other.” Great piece of equipment.

Perfect for physical therapy
This was exactly what I wanted for my knee replacement physical therapy for a good price.

Great strap at half the price of the one at Physical Therapy.
Have been going to Physical Therapy for a hip and knee problem and found their straps with the extra loops were much better than the dog leash I have been using at home. I found this one is basically the same as the one used at PT but is half the price. This one is sturdy and since my PT has to be done twice daily, it is really easy to use at home for stretching the hamstring muscle. The extra loops on the strap make it very versatile for a variety of stretching exercises which are also described on the “instruction” insert.
