Best protein I’ve tasted. Not a joke. This is the best “mint chip” flavor I’ve had.
This is the best “mint chip” I’ve had. You actually get an ice cream taste somehow. I only mix it with water. So, in milk, I bet it is amazing. It mixes perfectly, does not hurt my stomach at all, and tastes the best by far. I came from the BUM mint chip protein, which I loved. But this is sweeter, which I always prefer. If you don’t like the sweetness, the BUM one is for you. But to me this is by far the best protein I’ve ever had. Not even close. I’m excited to try the other flavors, too.

Amazing taste and great blending!
This protein mixes very well and doesn’t clump up at all. The texture and taste are great and there isn’t that gross aftertaste you get with other proteins. I particularly like this one because the protein doesn’t make me feel bloated or make me feel extremely full like some proteins. I initially mixed the protein with unsweetened coconut milk and didn’t get that wow factor of flavor but then I tried almond milk and bam there it was-the marshmallow flavor was in full effect. It’s pretty effective as far as the Protien content as you only need a medium scoop for 25g as opposed to two scoops which makes it more cost effective. I’ve been using it on a daily and feel great. It would be amazing if it had some more vitamins added but hey so far so great. The container can a little dented but I was cool with it since there seal was intact and the product wasn’t affected.

Love this product! Doesn’t have the weird taste that most protein items do and even has little pieces of dried strawberry in it. My only “complaint” is it is really sweet. I didn’t check sugar content, so not sure what it is.

I’ve tried various protein powders and this was my first time trying anything from Ryse. I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn’t sure if this would be too sweet. I decided to give it a go after reading so many positive reviews.It did NOT disappoint! Even when you first open the tub, it smells soooo good! Weird, I know, but you’ll know what I mean when you open the tub! It blends so smoothly and has an excellent texture. The marshmallow taste is awesome! It’s not too sweet and the flavor is spot-on! I love to blend it with a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips and peanut butter. It’s a much healthier version of the PB, choco chip, and marshmallow sandwiches I used to make as a kid when my parents were at work, haha!This was delicious and super easy on the stomach. The calorie content is extremely reasonable, especially for a powder that tastes so good! I’ll be buying this again for sure!
