Durable,comfortable, and they fit well
Edit: This is called a trail shoe, that may be the thing that it does least well. If you are on rocky surfaces (talus or screed especially) the sole is not nearly stiff enough. You feel every rock. It is still an excellent shoe which is fine for good trails or on flat surfaces. But, not well suited for rough trails. I have had other similar trail shoes which were much more comfortable on bad trails.I suspect Saucony uses the same last on all their size 9.5 shoes. They are a very predictable fit. The shoes are comfortable and they durable. Price is very good for a high quality shoe of a similar type. I have had at least 10 pairs of Saunconys and all have been good shoes at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable, always look great, but could be a little more durable.
Pretty good shoe for the money and very comfortable for the price, but the durability of the inside materials could be better. I’ve been wearing the same model for several years and have been through many pairs of them and every one of them, regardless of the generation, seem to wear out fairly quickly, especially around the heel area. The material will start to wear thin and then that exposes the plastic heel cup and the foam on the inside and then it’s just a matter of time before that gets misshapen or starts to come out all together. I have moved on to another brand and style that works with my metatarsal and toe problems that I have a little bit better, but these served me well for many years and gave me great support until my symptoms progressed to where I needed something that work a little better for my issues. They’re always great looking shoes with several good color choices. Fit is good, for me, and they are true to size and width. I used them mainly for walking and standing for long periods at work and they did a pretty good job of keeping me comfortable walking on concrete all day long. Great grip on the bottom for the times that I have used them for light hiking, as well.

Very Durable, Very Comfortable
For years upon years I was wearing the older version (TR12 I think?) of these shoes. I had bought them multiple times over and this year they changed them to the TR14. I was unsure at first but went ahead and bought a new pair as my old ones were starting to wear out.These are just as comfortable! I wear them every single day for going to work as well as for going out and about. These shoes are great for work because they match all of my outfits since they are a simple style and the gray color is perfect for any style.They are super lightweight making them great for daily wear. I’m pretty hard on my shoes and generally switch them out every 6 months. Then the old ones last another year as mowing shoes. These are still in great condition and it has been almost a year so very durable. I never untie my shoes so they are easy to slip on and off while still staying tight enough throughout the day.I wear them while working on houses and while grocery shopping. I’ve never had any issues with grip or traction. They would be great for trail running as well.Overall I love these shoes and I’ll likely buy another pair once these go out.

Nachdem ich mit meine alten vor gut 1,5 Jahren gekauften TR14 Gore-TEX durchgelaufen habe, habe ich mich bewusst wieder für diesen Schuh entschieden, da ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Die alten haben gut 1.500 km gehalten, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich laufe/gehe auf unterschiedlichen Untergründen und habe eine Lauf-/Walkleistung von rund 3000 km/Jahr. Dazu verwende ich neben dem hier besprochenen TR14 noch zwei weitere Paare (Saucony und Asics) für andere Untergründe.Der Schuh ist wirklich wasserdicht (gerade im Herbst/Winter für mich wichtig), dämpft hervorragend im unebenen Geände und stabilsiert vor allem sehr gut. Meine Füße sind eher breit, da besticht der Saucony mit großer Bequenlichkeit, da drückt und zwickt nichts und er sitzt trotzdem “satt”. Ich habe Schuhgröße 43, bei Saucony benötige ich 44,5. Also eher eine, wenn nicht eineinhalb Nr. größer wählen.Den Schuh gibt es “leider” nur in zwei Farbvarianten. Schwarz/Grüngelb (neon) und grau, wie der hier abgebildete. Da das aber nur “Kosmetik” ist, fließt das auch nicht in die Bewertung mit ein.Ich kann und möchte diesen Schuh uneingeschränt empfehlen. Er eignet sich sowohl zum Joggen wie auch zum walken ausgezeichnet.
