Durable, comfortable, light weight, excellent grip
This is my second pair of these shoes. I do a lot of walking for exercise (about 3 mi./day, 5 days per week) on concrete and asphalt. These shoes are an excellent fit for me (75 yr old male, size 13). They have very good tread, won’t slip even on wet surfaces. Light weight, comfortable. First pair held up well, worn down now but still good for yard work. Good value, especially on sale.

Great lightweight hiking shoes for wide feet.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought these Saucony Excursion TR16 shoe because I’m going to go hiking in Utah.Comfort: I wanted to break them in, so I took a 5 mile hike. They were super comfortable and felt like they needed no breaking in. Normally after my first hike in new shoes, I have blisters or sores on my heel. These were perfect and cause no blisters on the first Weir.Fit: Wide foot, so I ordered 10 1/2 wide. They fit perfectly. True to size.Shoe quality:The few shoe looks like it’s made with quality. I am running shoes of the same brand and they’ve lasted me a long time. I would definitely recommend these shoes for hiking as their lightweight and have a breathable material.

These “off roaders” are comfortable and provide good support. I wear sizes 9.5 – 10, these 9.5 are a good fit and break-in time was minimal. Wearing them all day long has been fine. So far, I would say that so the quality is solid. Given that they are trail runners, they are expected to be exposed to dirt, sand, etc. My only critique is that the sides of the tongue are not attached to the upper via a gusset, a small flap of fabric that prevents material from getting into the shoe at the sides of the tongue. Not a huge deal for me, but a nice feature to have nonetheless. I

Absolutely comfort
Sauconys are by far the best shoe on the market for anyone on their feet all day. I am on my feet for 8-10 hours at work, climbing ladders/stairs, running around, all on concrete floors. My feet do not hurt in the slightest, nor does my legs/knees or back, which always did before buying these. I will never go to another brand again

Comfortable, great traction, decent fit, but this newer generation it is so easy to have too tight that it hurts your foot, and leather boots make my feet just as sweaty. I don’t know what is different, but my feet would be equally dry after 12 hours of walking through water.

Excellent fit. Good width for my foot and lightweight for walking. Was amazed at the waterproofing. We hiked through small streams and feet never got damp. I am a woman who purchased the men’s hiker because often the women’s wider width still pinches. So much room that if you need heavier socks they will fit well.
