Great for furthering fitness progress
Great scale that seems pretty accurate with the weights. It functions well and the app is very intuitive. It connects to the phone easily and has a whole report of different metrics such as bmi, body fat, visceral fat, water ratio, and even random stuff like right arm muscle weight. It’s a fun device and great if you are curious about fitness progress. It definitely helps differentiate between muscle gain and fast gain when your weight changes.
