Surprisingly accurate!
It’s a surprisingly accurate weight scale and gives you a lot of stats and details, which is helpful for comparing fat and muscle. I’m finding it quite helpful for keeping track of weight loss! I haven’t had it long enough to say anything about the battery life just yet.

Surprisingly Accurate
As a dietitian I am always skeptical of any product that is going to tell you about your body composition because you never know if the technology is legit or not. That being said, through my profession, I have access to professional body scanners and the first time I used this scale I was pleased to see it was very close to accurate. It does follow the typical BMI standards, which are not accurate for most populations, and thus might hurt some feelings, but if you ignore that part and only focus on the composition breakdown then it’s a wonderful tool to reach your goals. Highly recommend!

Love it! You can make multiple profiles on the app so one per household is necessary. The app is so detailed because even if you gain a pound after check in you’re able to see if that pound was gained based off muscle or fat. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a weight loss journey.
