When measuring, keep your wrist (please use your left hand) upwards and level with your heart. Allow a 10-minute interval between measurements. Also, do not use the back of your hand for measurement. Not correct readings
I feel like I’m just not having great luck with these cheap Chinese BPM units. I tried this one and compared it to a professional one and it’s also way off.

Learning curve. Note warnings. Made in China.
I experienced confusion, trying to understand the instructions because there are several buttons, and the on off switch can be confused with the on button. The instructions refer to the on off button, but they really don’t mean the switch that says “On Off.” Finally I hit the right button by accident and this started to work.I got a reading that said my blood pressure was normal, but then I started it again to take a photo and this time it said my blood pressure was high. So I don’t know if the thing is inaccurate or just very sensitive to how you hold your hand. The manual begins with some technical information and eventually gets to the how-to information. The instructions are important to read because something as simple as having your cell phone nearby might make your results inaccurate. Note that this device contains a lithium battery so when it isn’t useful anymore, do not throw it in the regular trash. Lithium batteries can explode. The device is rechargeable, but mine came ready to use.I’ll try this a few more times to see if I can troubleshoot it. Fortunately, my local pharmacy has a blood pressure machine I can use.

Love my new BP cuff

easy on, easy to read…voice a little annoying
I bought 2 of these and one works more consistently than the other. Reserving judgement until I make a few more comparisons.

Inaccurate readings
I used this for the first time and it said I had super extremely high blood pressure AKA exceeding dangerous hypertension. 195 over 135.I tried measuring it again and it was basically the same.So then I was quite concerned because I had been fairly sedentary lately… So it got me to start exercising more which is good. Finally I checked with a different blood pressure monitor machine that checks over the bicep, like the traditional way and it gave me a totally different readings. Less then 100 over 50s. I tried again with this wrist blood pressure monitor and it gave me 124 over 44.I did some research and found out that wrist blood pressure monitors are inaccurate and temperamental and often give varied and inconsistent readings. The device is very nice, it seems like it’s good quality. The numbers are easy to see. In general it’s a very nice device, but sadly it’s just inconsistent and not trustworthy. Now if you need a little scare to push you to get exercising then this can be great for you because it will tell you that you have high blood pressure when you may not, but if that helps you to get moving and changing your lifestyle then that could be a good thing. It is easy to put on, is reasonably comfortable, and it has really good memory capacity, to hold the blood pressure readings for two different users. Many things are nice about it, but sadly it’s just not trustworthy.

: Easy to Use, But Not Very Accurate
This wrist blood pressure monitor is convenient and comfortable to wear, especially for quick checks at home or while traveling. The display is clear, and the device is simple to operate. However, after comparing the readings with a professional arm monitor, I noticed that the results are not quite accurate – sometimes higher, sometimes lower than expected. Because of that inconsistency, I wouldn’t recommend this device for people with high blood pressure or anyone who needs precise monitoring for medical reasons. It’s fine for casual use, but not reliable enough for more serious tracking
