I’m actually impressed, and I didn’t expect to be… After trying so many other drinks with electrolytes, I was about to give up until I nonchalantly started following Tiffany on social media.I will say the price is a little steep, but I’m not going to use these everyday, so I don’t mind at all paying this for a treat every now and then. She nailed the flavor of the watermelon perfectly with that hint of salt!! There are also other flavors such as pineapple, lemon, blue raspberry, and banana cream, and you can also purchase those in the variety pack if you want to give them a try before committing to a bulk order of one flavorI already knew watermelon was going to be my favorite, and these did not disappoint. It reminds me of pixie dust watermelon, not Jolly Rancher, but I like the taste a lot.I was also very surprised that the aftertaste was slim to none!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this and was not left with that yucky taste that you usually get from stevia. I hardly noticed anything artificial. I cannot do Gatorade or Powerade zero, so that’s saying a lot. Her electrolytes are better tasting than those, if you want something to compare. I mean WAY better tasting!Mixing the drink was super easy, I did not use a blender. I simply poured in cold water, mixed the drink first and then added ice cubes after. There was no chalkiness, or need for heavy mixing, but you can also put it in an enclosed container and shake it.I noticed my energy level immediately rise within about a half hour of guzzling the glass down. It very much is a thirst quencher, so it’s not something I would sip on with food, I thoroughly enjoyed inhaling this thing lol.The ingredients are all clean, they are keto friendly, no animal testing, and the effectiveness is superb after only one use. You can also get creative, by adding an extra flavor to your sugar-free pudding or protein drinks with these. I would imagine adding blue raspberry to a strawberry protein drink would be a refreshing change, and you’re getting your electrolytes at the same time.As a Vine voice for Amazon, I take honesty and impartiality of reviews very seriously, and I love this product! The only reason for four stars instead of five, is the price tag. I literally could not find anything wrong with this I look forward to trying her other flavors!Great job!👍

Edited to say: alright so I’ve been drinking this for a few weeks now. After writing my initial review, the my adventure to fit team reached out and not only did they offer me a full refund but they offered to send me a different flavor. They sent me the blue raspberry flavor. The flavor is much tastier in my opinion than the sour blue candy however the blue raspberry one is a little more powdery/chalky in taste. To combat it, I actually mix the two flavors together and the consistency is better. So flavor wise, I like it more 100%. As to the claims on the container: hydration, energy and muscle function.. I’m not really sure about all that. I don’t really feel anything like that and it actually does still give me headaches sometimes and a tummy ache if I don’t eat with it. And I often am pretty thirsty afterwards. But I mean it’s to be expected I think. It has lots of vitamins and sodium. So I changed my stars for the mere fact that customer service was really truly amazing and listened to me. That impressed me so much that I was going to give 4 stars. But I didn’t because the product still just isn’t everything it says it is. Even though I do admit that the blue rasp one is way better and it’s fun to have a fun drink when you’re on a fitness journey like myself. Just make sure you don’t have this on an empty stomach! Still love you Tiffany! Keep doing your thang girl 🩵.I’m a fan of Tiffany. She’s great. Love the Tiffany plate too but I’m not a big fan of this product so far. I bought the sour blue candy powder on Wednesday and received it Friday after work. When I came home I was so stoked and immediately mixed a scoop with about 16 oz of water and crushed ice. It was hard to get it to dissolve and it was clumpy. I may try mixing it either with a bit of warm water and then top the rest with cold water and ice after or maybe shake it in a water bottle instead. The flavor is a bit underwhelming. It tastes a little bit like blue raspberry but meh. I mostly taste salt (I know, duh it’s electrolytes lol) and vitamins. Today I tried again and mixed it with some sparkling ice and I do not recommend that. Still clumpy (dissolves after like 10 minutes I’ve noticed though) and the taste is still just blah. I’ve also noticed it makes me more thirsty after I’ve drank it and additionally it actually has given me a headache and tummy ache both times. I’m not sure if I’ll try it again honestly. But if it gets better I’ll update y’all. But for now, kinda bummed I spent $40 on it.

I love this product, the taste and the results! At first I had to get used to the taste compared to liquid iv – it might taste saltier, but once you get used to it it’s so good. Love the blue raspberry and I feel so much more hydrated and better overall on the days I drink it. I also started a GLP1 and it’s a necessity for shot day!

ai was really excited to get this. I saw this on social media on Tiffany’s (Tiffany Plate) social media accounts. It looks really good. The taste is very subtle but overwhelmingly sweet. Probably the worst electrolytes I have ever tried, unfortunately. I really want to love this product, but it’s terrible. a total waste of money. The flavour I tried is watermelon candy. Doesn’t taste like watermelon.
