The worst Customer support
Never could get a reading! Two different errors. I went to our local Kauai hi Walmart and bought an Equate brand unit. The China model had a Phone number but no answer. Had to pay to get customer support. Never again China units. Thank you for the return credit. Aloha

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. This machine doesn’t work, does not inflate whether it is plugged in or with batteries. Don’t waste your money!!

NOT ACCURATE !!! Stay away
I had to send blood pressure monitor back. I was not accurate! It would give different reading which didn’t seem right … We took it to the doctors offices and compared it against their professional equipment to make sure. Above all, I this is SO dangerous!
