Easy to use for my knee exercises
This is exactly what I needed to be able to do some of my PT exercises at home. Easier to grip than the beach towel that I started with for knee exercises, as the arthritis in my hands does not like to cooperate some days. Love that I was able to purchase in my favorite color as well. Makes exercising a little more fun. I am 5’2” and this was the right length for me. If you are tall, you may need to purchase one longer than 75”.

I use this quality stretching exercise strap by Trideer to safely do my physical therapy exercise at home. It is a sturdy, but flexible design; made of soft material to grip, and is easy to use, placing loops on my foot and hand. It is very long and has multiple loops , so people of almost any height can use it. I like that it has a 12 month warranty and it was a good value for the price. I love the cherry bright color.
