Really helps with stretching
I have been feeling as if I’m losing elasticity in my upper legs, buttocks area. I’m getting older and don’t move as much as I should. I keep this in the arm rest of my sofa and pull it out and stretch while I’m watching TV. Very easy to implement on the daily to help increase flexibility and overall health of muscles. Good quality, worth every penny. Been using for about a month and it has helped me immensely.

Went with this over the Castle Flexx
After understanding I was going to need to stretch my lower body more frequently, I came across a product online that looked like it could make stretching easier called the Castle Flexx. I was ready to buy it and saw the price and could not bring myself to purchase it at it’s higher price point. I looked online to find alternatives that would be able to stretch the achilles and plantar fascia and this product was fairly well reviewed and the price was low enough that if it didnt work, it was worth trying. I bought one of these stretching straps and am very happy with it. This, in part, has greatly improved my stretching cadence (easier/fun to do, getting results) and results were fairly quick.I’ve since purchased a second one to have in a different area of my home to have to make stretching more convenient. I also chose to purchase the second one because one of the handles had tore at the seams, and while it still works great, lost a star due in my book since it did not hold up over a month. Reinforcing the sewing would be a welcomed enhancement.

Worked well with my foot (I’m a size 7 women), but I got it for my mom and it’s doesn’t work well if you have small feet. She’s a size 5 women. If the pull strap can go down a little lower, it would work but unfortunately it can’t.
