Super soft and painless to use
As someone with a chronic back injury, this roller does a great job with providing me pain relief without being too firm. It makes doing my physical therapy exercises at home a lot easier and is the perfect size being sure to provide coverage for all of my back without providing any strain on my back unlike other rollers I’ve used

The best soft roller!
This is the perfect foam roller!!I have issues with my joints and muscles due to a medical condition. I’ve got a few pieces of kit at home to exercise and to stretch. I already had another foam roller that I thought was somewhat soft, but I wanted an even softer one, so I got this one to try. This is absolutely perfect if you are looking for something that won’t dig in or press hard on your muscles. It feels really great on your back especially. It doesn’t overdo the pressure and it really gets into the crevices. It’s also really nice if you are a smaller/slimmer and/or more bony person. If you are you probably have found that some rollers can push too hard into some bones, and this one for me does not. I love it!
