Great for Calf Stretches
The 12″ half roller is 3″ tall at the middle (tallest point) and very light weight at only 2.3 ounces. I was on crutches for 6 months, so I’m now in the process of trying to get my calf muscles and tendons to stretch back out. I use this every morning, before my daily walks, and in the evenings before bed. If my muscles/tendons are feeling particularly tense, I’ll also use it throughout the day. It’s very stable, so it’s a great tool for doing the calf/ankle stretches. Because it’s light-weight and small, I’m able to use it all over the house including in the kitchen while doing other tasks. My husband has also started using the half roller for stretching his calves, so it works for those with small feet (like me) and those with large feet (like him).I like the size of the half roller as I don’t really need anything bigger than 12″ long and 3″ tall. It’s durable and holds up well to use multiple times a day every day of the week.

Good for foot excercises
My Physical Therapist had me get one of these for my Achilles Tendonitis. The half round device works well. The only I do not like is the surface texture is a bit slick, which will obviously make it durable, but traction is reduced and its more difficult to not slide off during the exercises.

Product worked for use
I bought this for my mother for low back in car however I noticed it shifts for other uses bc it isn’t gripping to surfaces & scoots so I bought similar product with gripping nubs on it, cost $16 but worth the higher quality

Slippery Little Bugger!
This basic item gets the job done as far as stretching my calves. It’s sufficient, but as others have mentioned, it is slippery and slides out of place easily. Too easily in my opinion. I may have to add a strip of something on the bottom to keep it from moving as much. Overall a good product!

Durable
I bought these in 2016 to use as a calf stretchers. I have one at home and one at work. They are very firm and allow for a deep stretch. I have used then daily, sometimes all day, since I stand at my home and office work station. The only reason I am replacing it is because my cat loves using it as scratching post and over the years has taken just enough off the top to make it less useful. The one at work is still fine!

Disappointing overall
I bought this to use in physical therapy but when it arrived I was very disappointed to see how small it was. I never used it, to be honest. It was a waste of money.

Seems a little cheap when you receive it BUT it stays in place while doing calf stretches and calf raises, has not slide once from out under me. Doesn’t collapse or dent when you step on it – solid piece, Very satisfied.

I purchased this to use with Lauren O’hayen’s Restore Your Core program, mostly for calf, back, and hamstring stretches. I was previously using a yoga block as a substitute but found that I would most likely benefit more from the rounded surface as I felt a little unstable on a block. Was wondering what the quality would be like since the price is great compared to others I have seen and I am happy to say that it is just what I had been wanting. It is lightweight and durable. My 250+ pound husband even tried it and it supported him without any issues.
