Excellent step for aerobic exercise!
A friend of mine was suddenly into YouTube videos of step classes. Okay, fine. She encouraged me to buy a step. Well, which one? She shared a link. I went into “research mode” trying to read online reviews and decide which to purchase. I noticed immediately that some were more pricey, and some had comments about the level of sturdiness. This concerned me because I’m not exactly a slim woman and I’m tall. So I surely wanted something that would stand up to a full step class, something that would stand the test of time, and something that wouldn’t slip around!! Well, overall, I still came back to this step. The same one my friend suggested. GREAT price, and well–when it was delivered–I was thrilled that it was exactly what I expected!! (Should have trusted my friend after all!) It’s GREAT! Sturdy. Can store under my bed in the guest bedroom. NO assembly required! The extra “boosters” for the step store right underneath and stay clicked in. I love it. It’s nice and long (but not TOO long! which was a concern, for storage). I’m not kidding. I have no reason to say this. For such a reasonable price!?? I’m delighted with my purchase. I feel like it will last and I am enjoying it very much!

Generic step gets the job done.
Built well for my 300 pound body. Great for single step. Split deficiet movements. Or a push up decline platform. Has texture but hard to grip if sweaty. Delivered with the top.platform poorly glued together so ill have to go and buy some adhesive to hold it down. Makes me question how long the top will last. Overall great for what I need it for. Im personally using it for PT. Comes with 4 steps with the height i need. Compact and fits under the bed.

Great step for the price. I love that you have 3 height options. It’s stable and the grip on the bottoms is pretty good. I put it beside my $250 one and it’s only a little bit smaller. Definitely recommend!

We have just received our step in the mail yesterday. It was nicely packaged. It’s the perfect addition to our new home gym. It’s easy to add and take away height. The storage compartment for the blocks under the step is exactly what we needed to save space. The step feels very sturdy even when full body weight is on one side of step.
