I have been looking for a jump rope to up my cardio and increase stamina after a while out of the gym and this LANGTUKEE speed jump rope delivers impressive quality right out of the box. The packaging is clean and professional, and the components feel premium from the start. The rope itself is a true steel cable coated in PVC, not a simple nylon line, which gives it excellent durability and a solid, consistent swing. The aluminum handles are smaller and thinner than expected, but they’re beautifully made — anodized for corrosion resistance, very light in hand, and equipped with ultra-smooth bearings that rotate effortlessly for fast, tangle-free motion. The adjustment system is straightforward and works exactly as described: unscrew the top, measure to fit your height, cut the cable to length, and reassemble. Just note that the steel cable is much tougher than it looks — scissors won’t cut it; you’ll need a good pair of cable cutters or heavy-duty snips. Once you’ve shortened it, that’s permanent, so take your measurements carefully.The inclusion of a drawstring storage bag is a nice touch, but there’s also an odd rubber band branded with the company name that isn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing or manual, leaving its purpose a mystery. Despite that minor quirk, the rope performs at a professional level. The rotation is fast, the feel is balanced, and the build quality rivals ropes costing much more. Heavy weight jump rope
This jump rope is a great feeling rope. The handle is smooth feeling metal that unscrews for adjusting the length of the rope. The cable is encased in PVC plastic. The weight of the rope gives it a good smooth rotation. They included a small bag for carrying in your gym bag or storage. The jump rope is a low tech way to get a great cardio workout in a short amount of time. The whole rope has a very high quality feel and should last a lifetime.

If you’re over 5′ 11″(180 cm)…
Alright. After embarrassing myself since I haven’t jumped rope in YEARS, I can easily say that this set is pretty solid. The bearings are smooth and feel good to use. The cord itself is steel cable wrapped in a PVC jacket, which is fairly well known for abrasive resistance. The elastic training band, mine was pretty pink! How cute!, is quite effective for light resistance training up to medium if one doubles it up.One problem I’ve found with this jump rope is the lack of length. I’m around average for the USA, 5′ 11″ and the rope at it’s furthest distance fits me appropriately. My brother and dad, both being over six foot? Have about five to three inches for a ‘proper fit’. Can they use it? Likely if they move their arms more. However that kind of devalues the bearings for a speed rope.Pretty good, but be sure that you’re not monstrously tall or else you’ll need a different rope/cable.

Nice speed rope at a great price point
I like this LANGETUKEE speed rope. It is adjustable and has really nice aluminum handles which feel great in the hands. The steel cable is a bit thicker than my other speed rope which may slow it a bit or add more weight but hopefully will be less harsh when it SNAPS me if i miss a double jump!The coating over the wire seems good quality.I’m pleased with this jump rope and love that they send a case/bag for it included.Recommended
