Redify Weighted Jump Rope for Fitness Boxing and Cardio
I recently tried the Redify weighted jump rope and it’s quickly become one of my favorite workout tools. The rope gives plenty of resistance without being so heavy that it slows me down. It feels solid and tough especially with the one-pound weight and the PVC section holds up when I go all in on cardio intervals.What I especially like is how well it handles tangles. Thanks to the ball bearing system the rope spins smoothly and skips cleanly every time. I adjusted the length easily to suit my height so I’m not stepping on it or pulling it awkwardly. The aluminum handles feel good in my hands and are grippy without being uncomfortable or slippery when I sweat.Because part of the rope is made from fabric cotton and another part solid PVC it gives me a nice balance between durability and comfort. I’ve used it for MMA-style workouts, boxing days, and just general conditioning and it has held up. The rope is fast when I want speed and strong when I need resistance.If you’re looking for a jump rope that is tangle-free adjustable and built for both speed and strength this one delivers. It’s helped me push my cardio while still being easy to throw in my bag so I can take it wherever I want to train.

I have been looking for a jump rope where the rope wasn’t just flimsy plastic. This one offers two options, one more runner, one more metal, both of which have weight to them. Very pleased. Now if I can just get the rhythm back on jumping rope!

Perfect for what I was looking for. I did have to adjust the length for my height since I am 5’1 but that’s alright! I mostly use the weighted rope. Grip is good and doesn’t really get tangled. Really good workout!
