Great quality product
This was exactly what I needed to be able to stretch my back. My physical therapist showed me how to do several stretches using this product and I saw the value of it so I purchased this one from Amazon and have loved it! My back feels so much better after I do a few stretches especially if I have been leaning over or working at the computer. I took it to physical therapy one day and the physical therapist and several others in the office commented on the good quality and thought it was an amazing price.

Awesome but
It’s made out of packing material so it’s going to have a short life. But it does hold my weight and it does do what it’s intended to do so your call! Not durable. Value for your money depends on your money. It does work. This is great pain relief or stretch. It’s very firm.

Perfect density for IT bands between knee and hip.
This particular brand of foam roller was recommended by my chiropractor. I have an IT band that tightened with a meniscus tear and this roller is much more convenient and a lot less painful than the physical therapist. Your IT bands run from knee to hip and can be the cause of a lot of issues relating to back and knees. Consistently working out the kinks can help solve and/or eliminate problems. The chiropractor said this density is perfectfor breaking up the fascia safely and allowing the muscle to stretch as intended.

I could get the lumbar section of my back to pop by stretching and twisting but have struggled to get my thoracic section to stretch enough to actually pop. So I set this Roller on my bed, laid my back over it, pushed myself along with my legs, and my back went *pop, pop, pop, pop, pop* on the first try! Now I have my energy back 🙂 RAWR!

Great rehab tool
This is a terrific rehabilitation tool for our bum shoulders.

the roller was too hard on the outside and very uncomfortable to use on my arm.
I purchased this product after using a roller by a different product manufacturer in physical therapy and this product was just painful to use and as it’s made by a well-known physical therapy product name I was disappointed it didn’t work for me at all.

When reading the description after the product arrived, it made it clear that the color was not the one in the picture, but the picture is there for a reason.The picture should be showing the real product, and I should’t need to go all over the description looking for potential discrepancies with it.Quality of the product is good though.

First they got the order wrong and sent me tera bands rather than foam roller. Finally a bit surprised to see the product I recieved.. it just looks like a lumb of white rigid thermocol. Should I pay 1500 for these?
