OK… Nothing special. I find the humps are spaced too close tighter. There is no real tissue activation compared to other knkbby foam rollers experiences I’ve had.But… Decent price and nice and hard.

This roller is an improvement on my last one! It’s wider and has a foam core that seems to support the roller better. Good price, really nice product.

Needs directions for use!
A foam roller is something I’ve wondered about using for quite some time now, so when I saw this set, I ordered it right away. I have scoliosis, and I’m hoping it will help me get my back worked out between visits to the chiropractor. The foam is very hard, but maybe it’s supposed to be? I really have no idea, but I’m willing to give it a go. As soon as I opened the box, I tried the large roller out on the floor, and it did help a spot in my back that needed to be “popped” out. However, the roller then rolled out from under me — probably user error, along with the fact that I tried it out on a hardwood floor. I’m guessing this will work better on carpet? I do plan to look up youtube videos on how to use this, as there were no directions included with the roller and accessories. I’m not sure why no instructions are included. I can’t be the only one who orders this without having used one before. There are a few illustrations on the outside of the box, showing various areas of the body that might benefit from use. But I need to know a lot more than that about it. I’m sorry that I can’t actully speak to the quality of this item yet, having no comparison. I will try to remember to come back and update after using it for a while.

Nice, compact set
This isn’t my first experience with a large back roller but it is the first one I’ve used with the trigger point feature. I will say, this is a really nice addition especially for muscle recovery. I got back into my workouts yesterday after taking a month off and my muscles FELT that. This truly felt incredible on my sore muscles. A little smaller than what I’m used to, therefore a little more difficult to use but I think it’s something I could get used to.My husband did use the ball on my back and honestly I could take it or leave it. The handled roller I would not recommend on bare skin but felt really nice over clothes on my very sore legs. The plastic seems a little cheap here and certainly pretty rough but I’ll still be using it on recovery days as it does feel pretty great. The resistance band is on the weaker side but would be nice for stretching, once again, helpful for recovery.My husband also tried this out on his mid back where he carries a lot of stress and always has pain and it did help him experience some pain relief so there’s certainly some benefit for those regular aches and pains as well.All in all, this is a nice set. I love that it comes with a travel bag that everything fits nicely in. I’ll be able to travel with it and even bring it to and from the gym easily.

Good foam roller with extra tools
Good foam roller set. The foam roller is lightweight and compact and the set comes with a carrying bag. The foam is a good density, so not too soft or hard. Works well to stretching and getting knots and tension out. Good value since it comes with other tools as gifts. Comes with a stretch band, a massage roller, and a massage ball. The massage roller is a bit hard plastic and the ball is hard also but still useful.
