Great quality weights!
these are a must have for me in hot yoga and hot Pilates! They are perfect for the class and to give me an added weight during my workouts, especially yoga. Highly recommend. Comfortable and easy to put on/off. They slip sometimes but that is bc of the hot room (it is 102′) and from sweating. Easy to clean as well.

These have been such a nice addition to my walks! I feel like they do make a difference. I have been trying some arm workouts with them as well and they have been really nice! Easy to put on and take off and seem easy enough to clean if you need to. It’s nice you can fit them exactly as you need to- if you find you put them on too loose (or tight) you can easily adjust even while working out.

Working Very Well
Adjustable fit works well. also I like that it does not have a lot of heavy cloth that wraps around the wrist. We live in a hot climate and that would make them less comfortable. These are working very well, and are easy on, easy off.
